This book is a bunch of separate pieces about HRM. It's not a complete nor recent manual. It's obvious it has been augmented as years have passed by, but not reviewed to form a real manual up-to-date with the state of the art. Specially, chapter 21 about organizational culture is absolutely obsolete.It's not worth the price. |
