About the Author

Michael Arnheim is a practicing London barrister and mediator. He also teaches at London Metropolitan University. This is his tenth published book. Others include Civil Courts Practice and Procedure Handbook (with Christopher Stirling and Christopher Tromans (1999), Drafting Settlements of Disputes (1994), Common Law (1994) and The Handbook of Human Rights Law (2004).
