Gene LeBell is a great grappler and martial artist.All of his books are very detailed in a no nonsense way.This book concentrates on all aspects of Judo including throws, holds, chokes, and armlocks. Also are control and balance techniques, plus moves which aren't used in Judo competition such as leg locks,neck cranks, and spine bends to name just a few. Gene Lebell is a master and his books are worth reading. WARNING-This book is one of three older books made by Gene and they are hard to find.But i will give you the number of Pro-Action Sports catalog which has all of Gene's books, old and new.
