Shirley Bennett is Academic Co-ordinator for Online Learning at the Centre for Lifelong Learning, University of Hull. Debra Marsh was Head of e-learning for several years at the Centre for Lifelong Learning, University of Hull, UK. Debra is now a freelance e-Learning expert living in France.
