This book is invaluable for people who work in diabetes education and who often think about doing behavioural research. Bradley provides an excellent introduction into the psychometric concepts involved in designed questionnaires and other kinds of measures. This is not a book examining psychological aspects of diabetes but rather a compendium of diabetes-specific measures (including quality of life, psychological functioning, attitudes and beliefs and behavioural outcomes).
