A postgraduate topic of actuality for psychologists and also an actual field of work both in institutions and schools, since lack of habit-formation in early childhood will reflect and impact goal-seeking opportunities both for the individual and for the labor group. More development needed on strategies to be applied to help colaborative work be successful through individual commitment. Since I am also a psychologist I found this topic very useful for university level, teachers and students.
