This book is great for the clinics. If you are looking for something to help you diagnosis common symptoms this is the book. It is super easy to read. Drawback: To big to carry in your coat.

I am a paramedic and love this book only because I love to try and figure out what is wrong with my patients and learn from it. I believe this book is great for future medical students or even current physicians only because sometimes you might forget something and this book is right there to help you remember and learn something new. I know this is the older version but this is still a great deal and very very helpful. All medical students or current medical workers should have this book just so they can further their education.

The book arrived soon after I bought it on line. My only problem is that it did not look new. It was in perfect condition though.
The book has been useful so far. I use it for a class in which we try to diagnose patients after being offereed a limited amount of information and it's been helpful.

i really wish i cud have bought a book that shows s/s of each diseases. this is very broad per se.

Never received this item from the seller. This is not the first time I have had an issue. Starting to lose faith in both Amazon and the sellers it uses. I guess I am better off dealing with people on ebay than businesses on Amazon. Ridiculous.
