Excuse me, I understood that I would have the possibility to see the list of contents of this book before buying it. I consider that the editor's review it is not enough to know more about this book, especially in order to teach telemedicine basics at the University which is the first purpose. I would appreciate it very much if you please be so kind to send to me...
