Finally - An excellent book about temperature, April 25, 2000

This review is from: Handbook of Temperature Measurement (Vols 1-3) (Paperback)
This is a set of books (3 parts). The writing is clear, logical and easy to understand but brings your knowledge level to a much higher level. The author writes not to impress the reader with his background or research but to teach the reader about the subject. Concepts, which I have read about in other books but did not really understand yet, are now clear. I altered my experimental setup and I now have a better measurement system. I purchased vol 3 (basically thermocouples), read it, then purchased and read parts 1 and 2.
