Where is Johnny Was or Tin Soldiers?,

On my cover of the DVD the last song has Johnny Was. I was looking forward to listening to it, but it is not on the DVD. Tin Soldiers is another great hit which is not on this DVD. I've been a fan for 30 years, and was disappointed not to see these tracks on there. It really teases you on the cover track list with "Johnny Was" and then you don't get to see it.
