stool good company bad,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Long Handle Stool / Handrail / Suv Truck Step EZ Enter
The stool is exactly what we wanted and it is very good quality. The company that it was ordered from is a different story. First it was shipped to the wrong address and after three weeks of phone calls they resent it and then I got two of them in a box. and then two weeks later I got another one. The company never returned my phone calls and I had to to get loud with them in order to get results.

Beware of how they ship your items!,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Long Handle Stool / Handrail / Suv Truck Step EZ Enter
I never received it. They cancelled my order, and refunded my money. They said they needed a signature for delivery. I was never informed of this when they shipped it out, subsequently noone was home to sign for it. Dumb. I wish they would've told me and I could've asked them to deliver with "no signature required". Oh well.

Terrible packing and condition - good item,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Long Handle Stool / Handrail / Suv Truck Step EZ Enter
I ordered the Long Handle Stool/ Step EZ Enter to better allow my Mom (she's 80 years of age with a bad knee) to get in and out of the Jeep. It came in a damaged and re-taped box. When I opened the box it was full of "grocery store" cast-off cardboard and some kind of shampoo or liquid soap had been spilled all over the entire contents. When I finally got the item out and clean I noted that the handle-- supposed to be attached with 4 bolts and cap-nuts, was missing one of the four. It was no-where to be found in the box so I made a trip to the local hardware store to get a replacement-- not east, the bolt and cap were metric. However, I did find one and put it back together. The good news? The product appears to be generally good quality and "as advertised." The bad news? The packing and condition (as above) was a NIGHTMARE.
