I find Marie Ryst's "Handmade Books and Albums: An Indtroduction to Creative Bookbinding", very creative and absolutely beautiful. But I believe the word "Introduction" in the title is somewhat misleading. I am a complete novice in this area, and was looking for a good beginners book, but the instructions in this one, were somewhat over my head. Maybe after working out of a clearer "beginners" book, Ms. Ryst's will be of more help. The photos are lovely and show great imagination, so I'm sure it will be a good springboard for creativity once I understand the verbage better.
