I love it.
It's prettier than advertised.

The lamp arrived well packaged and in almost perfect condition. The shipper had poked a hole in the box and luckily that didn't destroy anything. The way the styrofoam packaging is made, a few of the small projections on the bottom rim of the shade (which are the heads of the dragon flies) were bent. I was able to carefully form them back to where they should be with my fingers.

The lamp requires two regular base light bulbs up to 60W and one small based bulb inside the base or main body of the lamp no larger than 25W. Smaller may even be better. I installed a small base 60W candleabra bulb in there and the lamp started to smoke as it got hotter. I'm thinking that perhaps a regular small base night light bulb would be sufficient.

Even though the lamp is advertised as being "American Made" the box says it came from China (as most everything seems to be these days). It may very well be American made glass but the lamp is made in China.

My original lamp got knocked over by my nephew during Christmas. I took the lamp to a local stained glass maker and repair shop. They figured that I must have paid at least $500 for the lamp. Although no glass was broken, the cone that supports the lamp shade was badly bent and the insides of the lamp base got knocked loose. The repair shop wanted $250 to repair it! I decided to just buy a brand new one for $150 instead.

I'm actually glad this happened. The new lamp is of a much higher quality than the original lamp was. The glass is formed a lot nicer and it's not flimsy like the original lamp seemed. The manufacturer must have increased their quality control or mine was just made by a Chinese guy that was much better at it.

Anyway, I'm well satisfied with the newest version and would highly recommend them. The packaging was much better also!

i have decided to keep my lamps but they certainly are more green than blue. the wings on the dragon fly appear to be blue but they are an indigo/purple color. i am partial to blue and just wish it was as blue in real life as it did in the online picture.

Very nice lamp. I have had it 6 months now. It does get a little hot. But it is strudy and well made and very pretty. Looks just like the picture.

It's prettier than the photo. It comes with the lamp in the base. There is a main switch on the cord. The max. watt is 60 each for the lamps under the shade.

When you walk around it the light pattern changes. Wonderful.

This, of course is not an authentic Tiffany lamp, but it is beautiful and well made. I definitely recommend this item.

This lamp is simply amazing. The picture does not do it justice, it looks better in person (more on the green side). It has a switch on the side that turns the lamp on/off. The lamp also has to two draw strings. The lamp is beautiful & can't beat the price. It looks way more expensive than it costs.

i had tried to find a decent dragonfly that would actually ship. usually they say.. on back order.. and you never get a lamp.. this lamp is very sturdy, i bought 2. i read a review about bending the eyes and nose of the dragonfly... out towards the outside.. and it makes the lamp even better. i've noticed that if i get creative.. i could even hang some dangling fringe around the outside rim of the lampshade. the base of this lamp heats up a little.. not to bad.. it might even help keep you warm on a cold winter night if your sitting right next to it
