A very clear practical treatise on how to heat water with wood and solar. I'll never pay for heat again. No more gas, no more oil, and no more worries of not having hot water in an emergency or power outage!

Pricey but worth it,

This is a book that should be brought back into print. It retailed for less thsn 6.00 but now copies sell for 40.00 +. The information contained in the book is of use to anyone who has a remote property and uses a woodstove for cooking and heat. It allows you to have hot water for cleaning and other needs. So if the author is listening how about bringing the book back in print or even updating it.

I'm his nephew so I'll say something nice. This book rocks! That's not to say it's not a serious book about plumbing.
