Never received it
I ordered this charm for my sister for Christmas. I'd love to review the item itself, but I never received it. I ordered it at the end of November. I received a notice in the middle of December that it was on backorder. At the END OF JANUARY, the company offered to let me either cancel my order or pick a new item. That's a horrible way to do business around the holidays.
