Where are the chocolates?,

My stepmom _loves_ lavender chocolate truffles and they're not easy to find. This Christmas I ordered this set of truffles for her. After about two weeks I got an email from Amazon warning me that A Bountiful Harvest had, "not confirmed the shipment of this order" and that my card would not be charged because Amazon couldn't guarentee I'd even get the chocolates. Fortunately I managed to get another gift, but it was quite inconvenient. I called ABH's customer service, left a message and recieved no reply. I decided that, since it was the busy holiday season, I'd give ABH the benefit of the doubt.
So, when my stepmom's birthday rolled around, I thought I'd try again. The same thing happened. It's been 5 working days since I emailed and called and no response at all. The chocolates seemed overpriced and expensive to ship when I first placed the order and, since I've yet to see or taste the product, I must say it doesn't seem worth it. I'd recommend looking for your chocolate delicacies elsewhere. |
