This is pretty cool for anyone wanting to sew their own lolita clothes. It's in Japanese with zero English, so hopefully if you're looking at this you're aware of that. The patterns all have picture instructions though. The only downfall is that you have to trace all your patterns and that wouldn't bother me(I do that anyway), but the way they did it makes it a little more complicated(but doable). Unless you are using this to also practice your Japanese I think it would be cheaper to just buy similar American patterns(which there are many of, they're just not marked lolita). I also think that would be easier than trying to follow instructions in Japanese.

I love the pattern. they are pretty easy to follow, but i have trouble to read that kind of japanese. My daughter can read some japanese, but she never learned the words used in this book.that is the reason why i gave it only three stars.
