Good for a Beginner book, covers the basics,

Gives a good history and background on herbs, and their use. Has a small recipes section, with some basic recipes which can be tailored to suit specific needs. I'd recommend this for anyone interested in using herbs to heal that is at beginner level. It's a short and easy read, a good handbook to have around.
