4.0 Student is a good concept, but the site is marginal at best. They don't support the new Palm conduit for such items as the Treo 650. If you have a palm device and you switch to another format, such as Pocket PC, you are forced to purchase another license.
I'd suggest "The Dog Ate It" or "GoBinder" as you don't pay a yearly fee and the information is retained on your computer.
