I really love this book. It's very easy to follow. No mumbo jumbo stuff. Just straight forward stuff inside.

I love how you get 1 pair of "sox" to get you started and to teach you where each part of your body is located on your feet. The book shows you for example which part of the foot your suppose to work through to get rid of a headache. It shows how to get rid of sinus pains, neck pains, back pains,... the list goes on and on.

Everyone should have this book if they're considering Reflexology. It really is very simple to use.

I had always known or heard about how every vital organ in our body somehow had a connection to our feet. I am disabled with various physical disabilities and have not responded well to the different drug treatments that have been tried over the last 7 years. I bought this book because I decided to take matters in my own hands (no pun intended). I love the way this book explains what you need to do to help each area you are struggling with. The reflexology sock is a really cool tool to use to help you get where it is you want to be. I live alone so it is hard for me to do the work on myself and this whole thing would be so much better, easier and more fun if you have someone to share it with. It's like going on an adventure and a journey of a lifetime. A must have......
