"There is no better way to do On-the-Job Training. Hands-On Training (HOT) is a great method to use when formal training isnt available or when the situation calls for an informal approach. Best of all, HOT empowers employees to take responsibility for their own learning." Lawrence Villanueva, Director of Human Resources, McDonalds Corporation
