An uncomplicated, systematic approach to on-the-job training, whether you're a manager, line or staff supervisor, employee, or human resource or training professional. Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"There is no better way to do On-the-Job Training. Hands-On Training (HOT) is a great method to use when formal training isn’t available or when the situation calls for an informal approach. Best of all, HOT empowers employees to take responsibility for their own learning." —Lawrence Villanueva, Director of Human Resources, McDonald’s Corporation

"From computer systems to heavy machinery, Hands-On Training is the most effective OJT method I have ever seen. I can recommend it without hesitation."—Gayle Noakes, Chief Learning Officer, Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP
