We purchased this set almost 4 years ago, and since have added 2 additional handsets. It's easy to use and very easy to program and update the directory for all phones. The battery life has been excellent, just needed to replace the battery in the main phone which gets the most use this past September. Just ordered two more batteries to have on hand.

I am disappointed wiith this phone set because the handsets are so small, the buttons are confusing and the incoming voices are not loud enough. The features are good and work as described but I would not purchase this again. I wish I had seen it before I bought it.
