I gave these straps to my dad who is a golfer and was looking for something that would give him a good stretch and prepare him for his game. These straps worked so well!!!! Very easy to use, effective and worth the money. Thank you for making a great product!

Using the strap enables me to maintain stretching positions for longer repetitions and being a taller than average person, I like the adjustability of the strap and its strengthI also use the wrist weights (2-pound) for aerobics and the ankle weights (3-pounds) for quads and hamstring strenthening.Handsfree Living 3-Pound Ankle / Wrist Weights

I ordered this expecting to receive a 10-foot strap similar to the 6-foot straps I use in my yoga practice. What I didn't realize was that this is an adjustable loop that is 10-foot around - it cannot be unhooked & used as a single, long strap. Also be aware that this strap isn't as sturdy as most yoga straps. It does come with a small instruction pamplet showing a couple of stretches that can be done with this strap which are geared towards people who are just beginning to exercise or who have significant physical limitations. It might be useful to someone who is not at all flexible & needs help in starting a gentle stretching program, but someone who already exercises regularly may not benefit much from it.
