I work in a call center and my hands always have to be doing something. I love this silly little stress ball. It's squishy and you can't put it down. It's not foam filled, but gel filled which gives it a great texture to squeeze and fidget with.

I like these. They are pretty hard to squeeze, though. These squeeze balls are good exercise for your hand, and good if you want to build up your hand strength if you want to learn the guitar.

I purchased this item for my husband and he just loves it! Great for working those hand muscles and a great tension reliever. I may order the other colors as well. I think the Blue is more of a Dark Purple so I originally thought they sent me the wrong color, but this is their version of Blue. Good value for the money.
