I work in a call center and my hands always have to be doing something. I love this silly little stress ball. It's squishy and you can't put it down. It's not foam filled, but gel filled which gives it a great texture to squeeze and fidget with.

I like these. They are pretty hard to squeeze, though. These squeeze balls are good exercise for your hand, and good if you want to build up your hand strength if you want to learn the guitar.

I purchased this item for my husband and he just loves it! Great for working those hand muscles and a great tension reliever. I may order the other colors as well. I think the Blue is more of a Dark Purple so I originally thought they sent me the wrong color, but this is their version of Blue. Good value for the money.

Just what I was looking for to keep the flexibility in my left hand......a bit firmer than I expected....maybe it will soften a bit with use.....

The gel stress ball is really nice. It feels gooey and works better than sand filled ones. It's on the pricey side and not eligible for Amazon Prime (when I bought it). Hence the 4/5.

I've had this for a few weeks now and have nothing negative to say about it. It's fun to squeeze, it's durable, but it's also very bouncy. I've gotten into the habit of tossing it into the air and catching it, but if I miss, it will bounce and roll under the bed or something, actually stressing me out further, but that's my fault. Assuming it's kept in your hands, it will serve its purpose nicely.

The size and material are excellent, but the thing is that it came unstitched on one side. Well... that was wasted money. I'm in Costa Rica and of course I wont send back the product.
I will try to "suture" the patient.

I''ve seen these in stores when I wasn't looking for them and now that I needed one, couldn't find one. Ordered this online, but it just wasn't as good as the ones I had seen in the stores. Way too hard to squeeze.

This product is so great! I bought it to help improve muscles in my fingers and hand, and it does the job well! It's not a simple beaded ball either, it is a legit gel ball with a great amount of strength, perfect to relieve stress and build hand muscles! Great price, Great product, Fast shipping!

i like this stress relief item. It is a good quality if you willing to you can throw to the wall but i think it is a little bid expensive for one stress ball.
