A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED,
By
This review is from: Handwriting Analysis: Laws/Principles...And More (Hardcover)
Mr Cammarata's book is probably one of the more comprehensive Handwriting Analysis reference books i own but it is still disappointing.
This highly referenced book is so careful in its presentation of description of handwriting but it offers NO EXAMPLES. Not a single one. So, if you have the list of books in his bibliography then it's probably ok, but without those other references - this is an academic text and not easily useful as a reference, which as a handwriting analyst -is sometimes good to have. However, if you are an academic learner - this book would be ideal for you -just hope that your understanding of Primary Thread Connective Positive is exactly the same as Jacob Cammarata's or else you will not know how to apply the extensive details given in this obviously well researched book. CLEVER BUT NOT USER FRIENDLY

Graphology Dummies beware.,

This is not a book for Dummies! Regrettably, too many people want a book to read that is like a hamburger and a coke. Cheap, quick and easy.
This is book for people who possess the capacity to read, comprehend and understand. Another reviewer said the book was "clever". Hardly. Clever is for circus performers and politicians. The book is considered, incisive and factual. Carefully, and well researched; methodically presented. This is for the serious student who is pursuing an understanding of self and others. (Highly recommended). So it is understandable that people may find it dry and even boring. So go buy a comic book! |
