5.0 out of 5 stars Good Value
Very well made, assembles easily. Seems likely to be rated very conservatively as far as carrying capacity. Directions point out proper swivel caster placement depending on how one intends to use it. (You can always change the caster placement if you change your mind) Good value.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice cart, bad bolts
I agree that there's a bolt problem with this cart. It's a sturdy cart, but the bolts rattle out quickly, and the cart was actually defective when I got it. (Still functional, and I needed it for a job, so I kept it.) The bolts that hold on the wheels screw into a 'female' part inside the platform of the cart. This part had come unwelded on the inside for one screw, so...

4.0 out of 5 stars The cart does what it is supposed to do., October 26, 2005

It comes with 2 swivel and 2 "fixed" casters and lets the buyer decide whether to put them under the handle for "pulling" the cart or under the other end for pushing. It's perfect for wheeling a good-sized animal cage (filled with animals) to and from the car. Its wheels don't mark up the floor. It also has handy bungee cord holes, but the buyer has to get those from somewhere else (not a problem, or just use strong string). The collapsing handle has an exceptionally strong lock operated by stepping on a spring-loaded bar. Practice unlocking before using it so you aren't surprised by it.

We just recently bought this handy dandy hauler and am I glad we did!
I had a chance to use it right after it was put together to bring in a big load of groceries. It was cold, windy and rainy so this little cart was a big help. I saved myself from having to make repeated trips from the garage to the house (35 feet each way) with three gallons of milk, cartons of soda, canned goods and numerous other goodies by using this cart.

Now having used it, I can foresee many other instances where it will come in handy. This is sure to be a back-saver for me! Regarding the height of the handle, I am 5'10" and it was no problem for me. An added plus is that it can easily be folded down for storage. I like the idea of strapping on a laundry basket to keep items in plastic bags from sliding off as one reviewer suggested. Good idea! Thanks! ~ The Boss

5.0 out of 5 stars absolutely love it!, December 2, 2004

I got this for hauling different boxed items to Bazaar's and such and absolutely love it! It is so handy and can actually hold alot more than what some people think. I also use it to haul my groceries in from the car to house! I have put 4 extra large boxes on it and have had no problem with it. I did find though that you should put the turning wheels on the back instead of front. Makes it more manageable. Only thing I really wish was the handle was taller. Other than this, for the price you simply cannot go wrong!

This is a great little cart. It helped move many a case of Girl Scout Cookies. It easily cares nine cases and will care more if you don't need to tilt your load.

I was very surprised a the fast delivery. It arrived the day after I ordered it.

I do a lot of craft fairs and I needed something to help me lessen my load. I absolutely love this cart. I have used it three times since I purchased it and will recommend it to anyone and have let the other vendors that I work with know about the cart.

4.0 out of 5 stars Handy cart, August 24, 2004
This review is from: Handy Hauler Utility Cart #DC100 (Tools & Home Improvement)
We use it to cart around books and heavy items. This cart is a great back saver. Works well.

Cart functions best on flat surfaces (wheels are too small to use on gravel or un-even surfaces). It is fairly maneuverable, but if it had 4 swivel wheels would work better. The fold down handle might make it possible to store easily in a closet, although we don't, and it doesn't seem to be how most people would use the item.

It's a good functional cart, well built, and a good value.

This part had come unwelded on the inside for one screw, so there was no way to get it fixed. I managed to get the bolt out, but that piece is now rattling around inside the platform, and I only have three bolts holding in that wheel. I'm a dance teacher, and I use this cart to haul my sound system around (in stacked plastic crates). Works great on asphalt or around the buildings where I work.
