"Coming In First". Lissa has had her full of bad boys, who take care of their needs at the expense of hers. She wants a man who is good with his hands so that every inch of her body is aflame with desire for him. She wonders if Thad is as handy in bed as he is outside.

"Not A Second Too Late". Genevieve looked forward to her last bachelorette fling before getting married until her sister arrived and destroyed the party for her. She decides to find a male stripper who will customize his act for her only. At the bar sits Nash who seduces her with his eyes and then his hands as he proves quite handy in responding to her needs.

"Third Time's A Charm". Her loving cousin thinks the best thing to help Holly ignore her woes, is a week of passionate sex with a professional hunk. She hires Ben to please Holly in such way that very one of her cells oozes sex.

These are three heated erotic contemporary romances in which the female protagonist are fully developed and quite different in what they need, but the same with what they desire. The men who enter their lives are hunks who happen to be friends; that link each of the stories. Their camaraderie adds depth to them especially their feelings towards the respective lead woman in their life. Fans will appreciate these ultra thermal tales starring strong fully developed characters.

Handyman by Jodi Lynn Copeland is a three story anthology.

Coming in First

Lissa Malone is checking out a guy in front of the youth services building. She figures he's a good guy, much better than the losers she usually dates; she's usually attracted to bad boys but she's sick of dealing with them.

Thad Davies is a "handyman" who's selling pleasure services to supplement his construction business, which has been in an economic slump. He's anything but the "nice guy" Lissa thinks he is, at least on the surface. But he soon discovers that he likes the way Lissa makes him feel, like he really isn't a bad boy after all.

I wished Thad hadn't kept meeting with his sex clients after he realized he had feelings for Lissa. That bothered me. I know he was feeling trapped by circumstances and financial issues, so I suppose it was understandable. But it made this part of the story my least favorite. Be sure to keep reading because you'll enjoy the next two parts.

Not a Second too Late

Genevieve Louton isn't enjoying her bachelorette party at all. She wanted it to be a wild affair, wanted to let loose for a change, but thanks to her scheming sister who wants to make her look bad, her mother was invited and what should've been a wild party turned into snoozeville. So Gen leaves the party to find a good time elsewhere.

At another bar, a scantily-clad Gen meets Nash. Nash works with Thad, so he's also in the construction/pleasure business. She gets him to agree to dance naked and masturbate for her, for a price. She tells herself she deserves it for not getting a stripper for her party. She tells herself it's OK as long as there's no touching, but she ends up masturbating for him, too. She tells her fiancé she needs time to think about their relationship and gets a smarmy response, so she propositions Nash: she'll pay him ten grand to be her boyfriend for two weeks. Nash soon discovers that he's feeling things for Gen and he wants things he tells himself he can't have. So what happens after they've had two weeks together?

I really liked Gen. She has spent her whole life pleasing her parents, and she's dealing with insecurities that somehow make her very likeable. I liked Nash, too, and together they have a terrific chemistry, and they share intense emotions. This was my favorite story of the three.

Third Times a Charm

Holly Daringer is planning to purchase Benny's sexual favors at the recommendation of her cousin Tia. She's a mental health therapist with a bad track record, and she's been feeling pretty guilty. What she needs is a little sexual healing at the hands of a professional. When he meets her at the door wearing nothing but a towel, she nearly salivates. But Benny has a history of depression and mental health issues himself. Sex has become a way for him to cope. Can they help each other get past the rough patches they each face and build something happy together?
Benny and Holly's story is packed with emotion and just enough inner turmoil to make readers really care about them. Each story in this trio is even more compelling than the last, with blazing hot sensuality and a pace that's just right. I have to say that while the notion of gigolos might hold some sexy appeal, the reality of it is sort of a turn off. But the author has taken all three heroes and thoroughly redeemed them, making this one terrific book.

4 Kisses, 2 Peppers (light flogging, perceived exhibitionism, anal play)

Handyman

Three male friends. Three male friends who own a construction company but have another business when they are not working at their main job-Male Gigolo's.

They all seem to think that falling in love is not for them however once they meet that special but different girl, they are not quite sure if they want to continue the gigolo part of the business. The construction business is not making any money at the moment so they are depending entirely on the gigolo part of the business, in which they split all of the profits.

Since the gigolo part of the business is the only resource coming in for the three men, you can imagine how much hot, heated, erotic sex is in this book.
