I have worn Hanes mens briefs for a number of years, and they have worn well.

Now, however, the company has cheaped out and apparently discontinued individual sizes -- 34, 36, 38, etc. -- replacing them with these new "combo" sizes.

Do they fit as well as the old sizes? No. The "Large" (36-38) swims on me; the tighty whities look like clown pants.

I am currently looking for another brand of mens briefs that offers comfort, durability -- and true sizes...

Listen up HANES! I don't wear size 36-38! I WEAR SIZE 36! I've been wearing your brand for decades! No more! I'll find another brand in exact sizes! Signed: "Mad-as-hell & refuse to wear the wrong size underwear." :)

Be careful if you order this item. Double-check what you are getting from the vendor before you commit to the purchase. Even though this page states that you are buying the 7-pair pack, at least one of these vendors pulls a bait and switch and tries to pass off the 3-pair pack. Happened to me, fortunately I caught it and cancelled the order before getting stuck. Three stars due to vendor dishonesty. The shorts themselves are fine.

These fit well and are very comfortable. They also wash well.
I would purchase the same for replacement when these get old.

In the 4X size, the manufacturer did not allow enough material overlap in the fly area and consequently the fly is always hanging open. Unacceptable!!!

Great price for great skivvies. Worth shopping online for instead of trekking through Wally World.

Retailer sent product to credit card address from which I had moved. Anticipating the move, I specifically requested the package to the new address. After being told the package was delivered to the old address I visited the still vacant home and there was no package left on premises.

I like briefs, I have worn briefs ever since I was a little boy. I'm 27 now. I've seen my share of Hanes briefs through out the years. These briefs are really good. The "Large" size is too saggy for me, even after washing. I had bought some of those, but ended up tossing them in the trash. I bought "Medium" which work great, If I was to put them in the dryer after washing they would be too tight. What I do is Air dry my underpants when after washing. Pefect Fit.

These are comfortable briefs, and I was little confused when I ordered 2 3-packs when it showed up on my order list as a 7-pack. At 3 in a package the price is okay, at 7 in a package, this is a great price -- of course, now I have 14 pair... lol.

These arrived in a timely fashion and shipping was free. I'm still not sure what the difference is (other than price) between 3X-plus and XXXLarge. It seems to be the same size coming from two different vendors. The less expensive one probably really is a 3-pack and charges shipping unless you meet a $75 minimum. The more expensive one has free shipping and was the 7 pack - at least that's what appeared in my cart (2X doesn't seem to do this).

Pick carefully.
