5.0 out of 5 stars most functional bra ever
I can't speak for the busty types, but this is definitely the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. I will never go back to Victoria's Secret overpriced and cheaply made bras. I can wear the nude color under the tightest white shirt without any lines, bunches, or color showing through. Great everyday bra.

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay for the price
I usually invest more money when it comes to bras, but picked up this one just to have on hand. You get what you pay for. The material isn't as soft or breathable, and the cups are stiffer than more expensive bras I've tried. The straps are a bit wide, and tend to slip off my shoulders when sitting or bending down despite tightening up the strap adjustment. The fact that...

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfection, July 21, 2009

I have been buying bra's from Victoria's and Fredericks of Hollywood for almost 20 years and have not had any bra bring me this much satisfaction.

I was looking for something with a thicker strap and no wire that would still lift the girls up and stay put. This bra did all of those things and more.

First it is so comfortable all my other bra's never get worn unless
there are romantic plans involved.

These things are long lasting and you get more than your moneys worth
I could say they would last be worn 3 times a week for 2 years easy maybe 3 years.

Also they double as a good sports bra for woman size C or less. I am a C but a D may be pushing the limits if your Jogging.

4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and good value, August 25, 2008

I usually purchase this product at my local Walmart. It is very comfortable. I was concerned that the straps might be too wide, but so far I haven't had a problem with that. It fits well and I don't feel it all day. After a few months of hard wear and washes, it's held up well for the price. I haven't noticed any dimpling in the cups. Comfort is key and the price is right!

The fact that the straps are only partially adjustable is a drawback, as it makes it difficult to get a custom fit. I prefer fully adjustable straps because of that. The fabric inside the cups wrinkle often and need to be smoothed out every day. On the plus side, the cups and band fit true to size, and the bra is fairly comfortable considering the less expensive material used. I wouldn't recommend running out and buying up a ton of these bras, but having one or two on hand for convenience's sake isn't a bad idea. Especially if your weight fluctuates a lot, or you are in the middle of a weight transition due to illness or pregnancy. It's a cheaper alternative to buying more expensive bras everytime your weight fluctuates.

4.0 out of 5 stars Smallish, and too much padding, August 17, 2010

I did not expect this bra to have so much padding, giving it a thicky, hot feel when worn, plus the size is a bit small. I just bought a similar style bra in exactly the same size made by Fruit of the Loom and it is actually a bit big. Go figure. I probably will not wear this one at all unless I happen to lose a little weight and it fits better.

Updating the review now - I did lose a few pounds, the bra fits better, and I have been wearing it when I want to wear a thin top but still look 'modest'. For the price, it's probably a decent buy, but I do think Hanes' bras tend to run a bit small.

5.0 out of 5 stars Because it isn't nice to point, October 5, 2011

This is a soft, lined wire-free support bra with good wide straps. There are no tags, no hard plastic pieces, no bunchies, no ruffles. It's just your basic, utilitarian everyday bra. I am a 36C, and it holds everything where it needs to be without wires and without binding or squishing or pushing things higher than they need to go. The lining is a good eighth of an inch thick, which may be more than a younger perkier woman needs. As someone who attachment parented a child, I am glad for the extra coverage.

The size is true, but keep in mind that this means that, if properly fitted, you should be using the widest hook setting when you first start wearing the bra. They stretch over time, so as the bra starts to give, you move to the middle hooks and then the tightest ones. If your old 36s or whatevers are on the widest hooks, you might want to go up a size in this one.

4.0 out of 5 stars Desperate Search for Comfortable Bra, September 1, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
In my desperate search, I purchased 7 different bras. I rated this #4 out of the 7. Nice bra, good fit, excellent support, quite comfortable, foam padded. The padding was a little thick & stiff for my taste, but gives a very smooth appearance with good support. Hanes has a very similar bra without the foam lining which I rated #3 out of the 7.
