I ordered these in error. Should have ordered the "Hanes Classics Men's 6 pack cushion crew Sock", the ones with gray logo. They are much better. Avoid these cheap red logo versions.

Cheap material. Only down to 4 out of the original 12 socks. Holes at toes and heels.

These socks by Hanes keep your feet warm; and they are very well made and last forever. I myself have worn these for years, especially at night in wintertime when it's cold and I want to sleep with socks on my feet. These athletic crew socks can be worn for athletic activities but of course they could be worn for everyday routine use as well. As another reviewer notes, these socks are rather soft to the touch, too! Moreover, with the sale going on as I write this, the price is right, too.

These crew length socks have a reinforced heel and toe; this makes them last longer and they still feel very comfortable on my feet. The very well done double elastic ribbing works well to keep these socks up while at the same time not being too tight on your lower leg. The sock itself comes in white; but the toe area and the heel area are literally made from grey colored fibers to give the sock a better "look."

I would not dry these socks at high temperatures. This could result in the sock becoming too loose on your foot. Eventually they could "bunch up" when you wear them and that's very uncomfortable. Dry these socks at a lower temperature. Then they will remain just as comfortable as ever. I know mine do!

Overall, you can't go wrong buying these socks. They keep your feet extra warm during colder weather. They are manufactured so well that you definitely get more than your money's worth. A good deal!

These socks have no cushion, material is rough and thin, the equivalent of walmart tube socks but without the stripes. I have nothing good to say about them. They were returned.

Despite this is a well known name brand after a short few weeks they have really shrunk too much.
I wear a size 12 shoe with muscular ankles and calves, dried in low heat they should not shrink so much around the ankles and calves already.

I do not recommend.

Never really paid attention to the fact that one could purchase something other than DVD's, Music, or Books from Amazon but I bought my husband's socks for Christmas and it was great. They got here earlier than promised and the package wasn't opened or all rumpled like it is in the store. The quality is exactly what we have come to expect from Hanes and my husband will wear no other sports sock. The elastic stays in them and they don't get thin and wearout after a wash or two. Excellent product and excellent service.

I love my Hanes socks. they last forever, are comfortable stay in place. So what did Hanes do? they redesigned their perfect crew socks. Now they itch, slide around in my shoes, the heel ends up on the top of my foot. The only thing that remained the same is that they seem to be as long wearing as before. I thought maybe I ordered a different style, but no, I checked, they were the same socks I ordered last time: Amazon told me.

For running around the house or the neighborhood or the track; they rule.

They play tough guy in the wash too.

These don't get weakened or beat up by bleach or heat.

Hanes rocks in the socks department.

Elastic around top not too tight. Stays up fairly comfortably. I'm sure they will stretch out eventually because they always do. Wish I knew though what's the difference between the different versions that are shown. Some have black HANES and some have red HANES. Why the difference? Which is better and why? Couldn't tell by the descriptions on line.

The socks are good, although the size is a little large. They are supposed to be for sizes 6 - 12, which is a pretty broad range. I wear about a 9.5, and they might be a little large on me (the heel is a little high), so I can't imagine how they would fit someone who is a size 6.
