Great for Advanced-beginners,

Hate to add a new catagory, but if you are a true beginner, do not buy this plane. It will be a costly mistake. The software that comes with it is excellent for practicing on your computer (though the realflight 3.5 cannot be beaten for realism and instruction). I have flown this plane for 5-months and am very pleased. It is scalable, you can remove certain elements to make it more responsive (and harder to fly). It is VERY fast, and the engine is one of the best on the market, and very reliable. So far, no control problems. Highly recommend for advanced beginner through intermediate. Many of the advanced folks at my club still ask to fly it, because it's a great looking aircraft!

This is a great balsa plane to fly. The engine is very reliable. I guess the flywheel on the engine is what prevents the engine from cutting itself off. But the installed Horizon Hobby servos are not durable. Just after I landed the plane, the bottom of the left wing hit a rock. The linkage hit the rock, causing the servo gear to strip.
