I LOVE it! The roof is large enough to protect the seed from most rains but even when the rain blows into the seed vessel, the drain hole and design of the vessel allow for very fast drainage! It's already weathering to a nice patina, not green yet but that will take a while.

The feeder is beautiful and can double as a lovely addition to your yard if you don't want to use it as a bird feeder. My dad loved it and is looking forward to 'inviting' the birds this Spring.
