Size: Closed Wings, Facing Left
Metal artist Henry Dupere creates imaginative welded sheet-metal sculptures to enliven indoor or outdoor spaces. His wonderful, whimsical bat hangs with folded wings and features wide stainless steel eyes. Each bat is individually created with rusted steel and easily mounts to any wall or vertical surface. Bat measures 10.5-inches tall, overall height (from mounting base to bat ears) is approx. 12-inches. Choose from closed or open wings and left- or right-facing (when viewing the mounting plate directly). Handcrafted in Arizona.

I LOVE this bat. I just received it today and cannot wait to hang it outside. It is one of the most unique garden art pieces I've seen. I love whimsical pieces in the garden and this bat fits the bill perfectly. It's very sturdy and extremely well made and is going to look great in my garden. The shipping was amazingly fast too...even with the Memorial Day holiday, I received it quickly. I can't wait to hang it up! Very, very nice piece!

This is an adorable item--sturdy and well constructed. I ordered directly from Modern Artisans and they are one of the best online companies (along with Amazon!!) that I've ever dealt with. I had questions about the item, and their customer service department answered my e-mail within hours. They let you know if the item is in stock, when it is scheduled to ship, and then provide tracking info. I received this bat in 2 days! I saw this bats hanging on the living room at a party. I loved them and could't take my eyes out of them, so, the next day I couldnt help myself but to buy one. I didn't hang it on the garden but on a guest room. It looks amazing and I get lots of compliments.
