Finally a training aid that actually gave me results. I purchased this only a week ago and already I'm seeing a benefit. My hands are stronger and I have better control of the golf club. The DVD has some great tips and it's improved my grip and even corrected my ever-tormenting hook. I highly recommend this to any golfer! I already bought several as gifts for my partners at the firm. Thanks for the great product!!!

This gadget (heavy tension) has been great in increasing the strength in all the little muscles in my hand, thumb, and forearms. By being stronger in my hands, it allows me to hold the golf club with less exertion which leads to more club head speed and club head control. Additionally, it has been great in alleviating pain and aches from typing and using a mouse all day long. I highly recommend it for golfers and those experiencig tendinitis or other over use injuries from a desk job.
