Design Features

Scallop Grooves The patent-pending scallop grooves between the tread blocks increase the number of the tire's biting edges for increased off-road traction. Tiered Side Grooves A tiered groove is applied which makes the moving angle of the tread block smaller compared to conventional off-road tires. This results in safer cornering performance. Two-Step Sipes A waved kerf with deep two-step sipes extend the tread life and increase handling performance in wet conditions.
		Stone Ejectors Stone ejectors in the center and shoulder grooves help prevent tire damage from stones or external impacts, enhancing handling confidence. Durable Construction Nylon-reinforced belts and a reinforced under-tread gauge, along with a thick inner liner and special tread compound, help to prevent accidental tire damage and increase overall tread life. I've had the Hankook DynaPro tires for my '04 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4WD for a few months now. I was reluctant to buy "off road" tires in the first place since I drive on the highway mostly but these tires ride very nicely. The road noise is minimal and certainly no louder than other "highway only" tires. The tires look great and give my truck a nice rugged stance. I was looking forward to trying them out in snow this winter but the snow didn't happen but they handle great in rain! I was originally considering the BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A's but I couldn't see spending +$200/tire. I'm happy to say these are a great substitute for a more expensive tire. Happy motoring!

I bought these for snow and all around bad weather. They perform great. Lots of wet and dry traction. Great for use in the snow and not very noisy. They also look real nice. I don't like the balloon looking tires, these look great.
