My son loves Tom and Jerry. For his sixth birthday party, he asked for a Tom and Jerry cake. We wanted something different, and this little toy was at the perfect price and size to adorn his cake.
Now, he has it up on his shelf as a knick-knack. I wouldn't really recommend this toy as something to play with, as Tom is levitated by a spring and can fall off easily. Definitely meant for the shelf - but I think that was the purpose. I have other McFarlane toys (the full Yellow Submarine set of figures) and those are well suited to my kids playing with them.

Hanna-Barbera: Tom and Jerry - No Trespassing, From McFarlane Toys 6" Series, a Comical Scene Captured of our Friends Tom and Jerry. One of my favorites, with beautifully detailed expressions a Big Action Sculpture that even moves, Tom is supported by a spring on the base, so the whole body, Rattles. This one is a little bigger measuring, 3.1 x 9.4 x 9.4, it could be use as a Cake Topper as well. I keep it inside of a glass cabinet where it is nicely displayed away from kids and cats, after all it's a little fragile and I don't want it to collect too much Dust! Thank You

I discovered that my friend at work is a Tom & Jerry afficiando. So I thought, "Something Tom & Jerry related would make a unique Christmas gift!" I searched Amazon and came across this set of Tom & Jerry scene collectibles and immediately order it. The package arrived in more than enough time for Christmas. I thoguht the item was a little pricey for what you get, but my friend was completely surprised with the gift and thinks it's awesome!

I bought this for my sister. We are both Tom and Jerry fans. She was plesantly surprized. She displays it in her curio cabinet.
