Buy the calibrating solution and use it!
The company is very customer friendly and use them if you need help.
I couldn't find a better one.
Thinking perhaps that the probe was damaged, I bought a new one but the result was the same - non-accurate PH readings, and it could not recognize the 4.0 PH solution. $170 dollars down the drain (this device + solutions + replacement probe).
