Karaoke songs are professional recreations and do not contain actual artist or character vocal performances. Karaoke CDG player is required to be able to view the on-screen lyrics, but the disc plays just like a music CD when using a CD player, DVD player, video game system or computer.

My daughter uses this to prepare for a talent show. It shows the words and plays the music with occasional singing mixed in. It does what it's intended to do.

The songs are Hannah Montana, but the singing voice isn't.

This is a very good karaoke album if you're a huge fan. One thing that surprised me, though, is that on the selection of songs which includes singing, it's not "Hannah Montanna". The vocalist does a fair job of sounding like her, but with the photo of the actual person on the cover, I was surprised that it wasn't her singing.
