nice product bad packing,

I received the Hannah Montana pillow.
It is very cute.........My only issue is the big CUT across the flower as a result of the packaging/opening. I opened this box as I open all my packages with the tip of my scissors only to find the pillow at the top with no protective wrapping around it. The result I cut the pillow and it is now useless to me........
