I paid for a brand new item and it was shipped as though it was tossed around the back of a truck. The plastic was broken at the top and the box itself looked beat up. Thankfully the contents inside was intact. My daughter pretty much didn't pay any attention to the box once she saw the dolls, but it still upset me that I received a package like that.
