Installed in less than 45 minutes (including removing the old faucet and drain). The only difference I discovered with this faucet is that it comes with the hot & cold flexible supply lines already attached making installation easy! Just mount the faucet to the sink & connect the supply lines to the under-the-sink water supply valves. A more traditional design usually requires the supply lines to be attached to the faucet after the faucet is attached to the sink; a difficult job when working under a sink because this area is typically cramped and hard to reach!
The drain assembly also went in quickly after I mounted the faucet.
All brass parts a plus!
Operation is smooth and trouble free.
Simple design looks great and is also easy to keep clean!

Very easy to install! You must have a basin wrench, channel locks, and 11m socket, but it is easy. Previous reviewer obviously has no sense of how things fit together. The installation, including removal of the existing faucet, took about 20 minutes. This was the first faucet I ever installed. For those with kids, it even has a setting to limit the hot water in the mix. Purchase at a warehouse store for much less.

Hansgrohe has a reputation of providing reliable products. Getting tired of faucets that leak or become loose over time, I decided to switch to the leak free ceramic cartridge design of Hansgrohe. A nice thing about single hole faucets is that there is less places for wet hands to venture on the basin. So less cleaning of water spots is a nice advantage for this faucet. A four inch chrome base plate is also provided if you have a 3 hole sink that are 4 inches apart. Otherwise, you will need to go to your locale home improvement store to purchase faucet hole covers. Alternatively, you can add a matching soap dispenser in one of the holes. I also purchased a couple of quarter turn shutoff valves to replace my old shutoff valves as quarter turn shut off valves seem to work better. This faucet comes with a 3/8" connection. So make sure your water supply will match. Otherwise, you may have to buy a coupler or new shutoff valves.

Installation is very easy. Well....relatively easy. It's never fun to work under a cramped enclosure. The hardest part is getting the old faucet off, as the older faucets have a more primitive designs for attaching faucets to the sink. Don't forget to use teflon tape for all the threaded connections. I did not notice the tee and tailpiece were two piece and had to take the drain assembly apart to apply teflon tape because water was leaking where the tee and tailpiece connected.

I picked this up locally at a club warehouse store today. Big rebate, so I couldn't resist. I purchased this same brand for my kitchen sink a few years back and loved it. I used to routinely take the spout apart to clean for crud like my old faucet, but I never had the problem with this one. So clearly this was a no brainer for me to get them for our bathroom renovation. The unit is firm yet glides smoothly. If you are slightly handy at all this will be easy as pie, not quick, but easy. Faucet installs are never quick. I did have to the hardware store and get flexible lines to make this work with my 20 year old builder grade set up, but that is not the faucet's fault, it is the builder's. They put hard lines in and they were specific to the faucets that they installed. Money saver for them, extra cash out for me. I love the faucets (bought two for a double vanity) and so does my husband. This is a solid brand and you do get what you pay for. I was able to pick mine up for around $45 each (but that was the deal of the century). Spoil yourself.

This is such a great faucet and very reasonably priced. I have this in my home and also referred my kitchen and bath design clients to get this faucet. It's durable, looks nice and has the easy clean gasket for the water spout.

Connection is easy because it comes with attached supply tubes. However, the tubing is short and you may need extension tubing if your supply outlets are not positioned close to the faucet. Ideally, the supply tubes would be 3-6" longer.

The bottom plate is optional if you only have a single hole sink/countertop.

This is a quality product, well built and backed by a life-time warranty. It oozes quality. It's also very easy to install and I'm sure it will last a very, very long time. I would most definitely buy again from this company. Just do a little research on this company and you'll see that they have been around a long time and make great products.

We purchased 7 of these from C****o (the box store) because they were on sale at a lower price. They seemed to look nice in the store. They were to replace Moen white fauctes that were over 20 years old and "melting". The white were painted pot metal - really getting bad. We opened the first box and the paperwork matched what was in the box - the drain parts were very heavy - good metal. However, the next 5 were somewhat cheaper (drain only!!!). Per my contractor they have substituted something like a delta drain parts in these last 5. The paperwork was mixed from there on also. Some were for the faucets like the original heavy parts and at least one matched the new "Delta" like parts. The last one was an extra just in case any of them fail or become damaged since I am using them in all sinks. The popup is a little funny compared to what I am used to as it just looks like a bent (heavy) chrome wire. The popup works fine - just different. The faucets themselves are very good quality as far as I can tell. The original project was to replace the multi-turn shutoff valves under the sinks with 1/4 turn ball valve stops. It was a shame not to take advantage and replace the old worn out fauctes at the same time.

I also purchased a Hansgrohe kitchen sink faucet and replaced my old leaking faucet. All of these are very good quality as far as I can tell.

So far (about 2 weeks in) I am quite pleased with all of the hansgrohe faucets.

Like this faucet. Easy to install and I'm not a professional plumber. Good quality faucet, not like the Delta's. Would recommend this faucet.

Lovely bathroom faucet by Hansgrohe. It has a hole at the back of the faucet for the stopper however if u do not need it, which I didn't, I just left the hole there as it is and it was not really that visible. Great product!
