This book is from a messianic publisher (see above). (Messianic Jews are often referred to as "Jews for Jesus.") Be aware that the agenda of this publishing company, and therefore of this book, is to convert Jews to Christianity.

This review is from: Hanukkah: The Festival of Dedication: A Messianic Children's Curriculum, 4 Levels (Paperback)

Conversion means turning away from sin toward God, not turning away from Judaism towards Christianity. Christ is the Greek word for Messiah, so Christian means believing in Jesus as the Messiah... there are Jews, as well as Gentiles who believe in Him and therefore are Christian, while still remaining Jewish- we are ethnically Jewish and keep Jewish traditions and holidays and read the Torah and the rest of the Hebrew Scriptures.
