Taking the journey with Hanuman.,
By trudy g. brandt (USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Hanuman's Journey (Paperback)
Hans has a new and refreshing style of writing. His character's journeys to some of the world's breathtaking and spiritually inspiring sites were beautifully scribed. I read with anxious anticipation of each new adventure and with a curiosity I'd not experienced since reading my most treasured childhood novels. I would recommend this new work to anyone wanting to capture the imagination and stimulate the soul. Looking forward to more.

A must read for anyone searching true happiness.,

Regarding how I found out about this book, I have been a devoted fan of Ramayana for many years now. Hanuman is my favorite person and I thrive in hearing and speaking about him. I just happened to start up a search in Amazon.com for Hanuman. I ended up ordering this book thinking it was a story about the Hanuman in Ramayana. At first when I realized it wasn't, I must admit I was a bit disappointed. But, after reading the first few pages, I couldn't put it down anymore and just immersed myself into the story. Also, at first, the fiction part of the story (united elite, guns, etc.) didn't appeal to me, but the more I read - the more I was hooked. I enjoyed very much how the author combined such an interesting adventure with such valuable knowledge. Please read this book.

Better to borrow this book,

The book storyline is written similarily to the "Celestine Prophecy". The story runs a bit fast and ends up being unrealistic. However, this author ignores details to his spiritual truth or much of any. Leaves the reader more dazed than directed.

Hanuman's Journey,
By Leela Bruner (The Rainbow's End in Iowa's Loess Hills) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Hanuman's Journey (Paperback)
This book is an easy read that kept my interest with enough suspense from page 1 on. I especially recommend it for people who have been to India or Peru as well as anyone who has been on a spiritual sojourne. There is a thin line between fiction and reality, and the story was skillfully told so that I had a feeling that I was there.
