a description of the water waste stream,
By Heidi (New Mexico) - See all my reviews
This review is from: What Happens When I Flush the Toilet? (Ask Isaac Asimov) (Library Binding)
For Health we are learning about waste. This book give a description of the water waste stream, including some history, where our water comes from, how it leaves the home, cleaning, treatment plants, planes and busses and trains, space and future ideas. While it mainly provides and overview of each of the subjects it was enough for our study. It would also provide a good jumping off place for a deeper study. I would recommend it for grades 1-3rd.
