I gave this as a gift to a friend who is a mother and she loved it.

Sometimes I feel like there is not enough room for what I want to write in a day, but usually, the amount of space allotted is good.

I bought 2 of these, one for each of my children, so I can record a sentence about them daily and then pass this on to them on their 18th Birthdays. My son is now 3 and daughter is 18 months old. This is the perfect book to record funny sayings and milestones that occur each day. I have a hard time remembering to record these things, so by placing these books on my nightstand, I can easily take a few minutes every night to record memorable moments. :-) Great idea and love all the Happiness Project resources by Gretchen Rubin!

Gretchen Rubin has come up with the perfect idea for new mothers--a one sentence journal. Anyone can do this, especially those that say they have no time for journals. It's a full five years tome, yet small enough to carry with you. And the prompts are just what you need to remind you of what's really important. This was the perfect gift for both my expectant daughters-in-laws.

I had bought the original Happiness Project One Sentence Journal, and when I saw this I though this would be a great gift for any one who is a mother. I gave this as a gift to a friend who is a mother and she loved it. It is a fantastic little surprise that will last for years.

I am not a person who journals but this book only gives you a few lines for each day. I love it and it helped through a tough time to be able to jot down a few notes but not feel compelled to write pages and pages.

Easy way to capture those funny little comments and moments with my little one. I'm feeling a lot less guilty for not writing in my son's long journal. This one allows me to just enter the highlights and limits me so I don't get carried away and feel burdened to capture it all. A good exercise in learning to "be brief, be brilliant and be gone!"

I love this journal as it doesn't feel too intimidating when you are only given a few lines to write on for each day. I also enjoy the quotes included on each page. With that said, the journal is really tiny and sometimes a few lines just doesn't feel like enough space. And the lines are really close together so you have to write pretty small. Would be perfect if the whole journal was just a big bigger.
