this book is perfect for any little girl in your life. my niece is 6 and she just loves strawberry shortcake everything. its colorful, positive, pink, pink, pink. no violence, nastiness, bad language, political correctness-you get the idea. we highly recommend all things shortcake (even the dessert :)
