5.0 out of 5 stars Another stellar B. Ebel Christmas compilation--BEC ROCKS!!!
Okay, first of all give Brandon Ebel the credit for putting together the fabulous Happy Christmas Volume 1. Oh, yeah. I'm here to review Happy Christmas Volume 2... MxPx, delivers the festive rocker, "Christmas Day." Leigh Nash and the Sixpence crew deliver with their once hard-to-find recording of "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch." The emerging...

3.0 out of 5 stars Overall a good cd, but ...
Don't get me wrong. I did like this cd, but their Vol.1 cd had a new band on it (Chasing Furies) that sang 'O Come Emanuel'. That song was the best one on cd, in my opinion. They weren't on this cd. So very disapointed :-( Thanks, God Bless, Brian

Grinch." The emerging swing ska band Flight 180 returns to this album with their rendition of "O Come All Ye Faithful." With artists like All Star United, Plankeye, Joy Electric, Star Flyer 59, Viva Voce, The Normals, House of Wires, and others, this is one fabulous and rocking album. The Lost Dogs take the final track with their rendition of "The Chipmunk Song." Hangnail, Fanmail, Norway, Element, and the Deluxetone Rockets are on this album as well. Did I mention this album rocks? Looking for a rocking Christmas album with fresh takes on tradition? Check out Happy Christmas 2. While you're at it, if you like this one, hunt down Happy Christmas Volume 1. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Mr. Ebel for these awesome Christmas compilations!

From the first note to the last, this CD revives Christmas like no other! (Well, except for volume 1) If you like ANY artist on Happy Christmas vol. 2, BUY it! you'll love at least half of it and you'll want to play it year-round!

4.0 out of 5 stars supurb music, November 28, 2007

I bought this CD knowing a few of the bands, but I've got to say, I love it with few exceptions. If you're tired of the same arrangements of the same old Christmas music, you're in for a pleasant surprise. The originals are also excellent, such as All Star United's "I wish it could be Christmas everyday." I highly recommend this CD.

5.0 out of 5 stars Head-bang the Halls!, November 27, 2006

Every Friday after Thanksgiving, when my official Christmas decorating day begins, the first disc I grab from my collection is this one right here. Nothing says, "Christmas is finally here!" like a cup of homemade cocoa, a box of Christmas ornaments to hang on a great-smelling tree, and MxPx on the loud speakers! Grab your honey and slow-dance to Starflyer's immortal "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," then attack your tree lights with Viva Voce's heavy-laden "Gentlemen." From first to last, every track is a keeper. A must-have for any Christmas music lover!

I purchased a Christmas CD, because it had a track on it that I could not locate anywhere else. The CD shipped quickly, arrived quicker than expected, and was a great holiday treat. Thank you!
