I have been using this particular Happy Wrap* product for over 10 years. They are terrific heated for neck strain or muscle spasms. Highly recommend this product for anyone with a 'PAIN IN THE NECK." Also great for neck support in a car or plane. sgd

what a wonderful invention i cannot sleep without it, it's the only thing that helps my neck pain ( besides a massage)

The pocket to hold an herb sachet isn't an added feature... it's a necessity... because the smell of the buckwheat is otherwise overwhelming... and entirely unpleasant... ESPECIALLY when you're already experiencing discomfort in the shoulder or neck! It isn't that the wrap doesn't heat well or offer relief... it's just that the odor of the buckwheat is not tolerable. Discarded.

The part thats intended for over your shoulders cools too fast. The rest of the item gets very hot, but cools down faster than other mircowavable items tried.

I love this product. I'm actually trying to locate a second one, I basically wore out my old one. I sprained my neck & it's the only item I have found that helps the pain. Perfect to use while watching TV, it keeps your neck in line in case you tend to doze off. I like the smell, it's comforting. The buckwheat forms around your neck, where other neck pillows don't.

I love the neck roll. I had a lot of tension in my neck and I used this product and all my pain went away. The only thing that could be improved upon is the oder. Wow what a stinky.

But when you've got a pain in the neck it's worth it.

Was of no use after the third microwave. It was a waste of my money.
