Great as a bed warmer too!
This has been a great item to slip inside the covers at bedtime. My feet get really cold at night and this has really helped me. I've also used for various aches and pains and it has worked wonders. Additionally, I love the smell of the lavender herbs inside. It's just the right amount!

Comfortable to use but does not hold heat well unless it's overheated in the microwave.

Wow, I thought all over body wrap would mean it would cover larger parts of my body. Be careful. It is also very thin. Bought the microwave body mat for a gift and it was much larger and heavier for the same $$. Too bad they don't sell it anymore. Very disappointed and sending it back tomorrow.
